What is a CrewUp?


A CrewUp is when people come together to do good — and have fun doing it!
A CrewUp is an easy-to-use online hub for volunteer coordination and management. Organize tasks, invite participants, and even add fundraising goals — all in one place. From community cleanups to charity events, CrewUps make it effortless to lead, engage, and create impact.

You create the tasks, ask volunteers to signup, we'll send reminders to help your people show up, and you manage everything with ease.

Here's all you do...


Step 1.  Create a task, provide details, and set how many people you need to manage the task.  Think auction item solicitation, before event setup, after event cleanup, help with check-in, etc.


Step 2.  You promote to your potential volunteers the task opportunities.  Basically, just send them the link to the CrewUp page.


Step 3.  People signup for a task and CausePilot sends them a confirmation email and adds them to your CrewUp list of volunteers.


Step 4.  CausePilot sends reminders to your volunteers 48 & 24 hours prior to their task to help keep them on time.


Step 5.  You can manage volunteers in the CrewUp management area whenever there are changes and you always know who is doing what.


This button will appear on your flight's landing page.

When the Sign Up button above is clicked, a page will open (see example below) that displays all of your volunteering or signup opportunities.  When they click the Signup! button, they are automatically added to the list for that task.  It's as easy as that.


Use this tool however you like to make your job and processes easier.
