What is GiftLift?
Every great fundraiser starts with generosity. GiftLift makes it easy for your community to give more than money — they can donate items, experiences, and services that help your cause soar. From collection to catalog, GiftLift helps you stay organized while keeping the heart of giving front and center.
The GiftLift component allows you to solicit item donations online. This can be used to solicit donations for your auction, or any other function where you want to give supporters a tool to easily give online and you capture the information you need.
When a supporter visits your flight's website, they will have a Donate button. When they click this button, they will have one or both of these options below.
1. Donation (Cash). If the Donations component is activated, they will see this option. See Donations for more detailed instructions on management this component.
2. Item Donation. If the Procurement component is activated, they will see this option.
If they click the #2 option for making an item donation above, a form page will open where they can provide all of the details you need. This includes:
- Item Details
- Estimated Value
- Pickup Instructions
- Image or Images (optional)
- Donor Details

Once you receive the item in your GiftLift area you can manage pickup, etc. If you are hosting an Auction, you can quickly (one button) add the item from GiftLift to the Auction catalog.
