Sort Order or Position of Auction Items

To change the position of an item in the catalog, you can use the Sort or Rank feature.  Go to Components > Auction > Catalog tab and choose the "•••" button to choose Sort or Rank Auction Items.

In the Sort Items page, you can use your mouse to drag and drop the items to the position of your choosing.  Make sure to Save your changes.

1.  Item Number.  This is the item's ID number.

2.  Venue.  This is the venue that the item is included in.

3.  Sales Type and Category.  The Sale Type is Online/Mobile, Fixed Price, or Bid Sheet/Live.  These options represent how the items will be bid on or purchased.

4.  Catalog Position.  First position is the first item the users will see in the catalog.

5.  Move Sold Out to Bottom.  Clicking this button will move all sold out items to the bottom of your catalog, so they are the last things that people will see.

6.  Save Sort.  Always save your changes in order to submit them to the system.
