Quick Check-in provides a secondary way to check people into an event when Tickets or Registrations are used, or if they are not.  



1.  Check-in.  Find the guest and click "Check In".  If a credit card is required, and one has not yet been entered, then a modal will open (See #3 & #4 below).  If no credit card it required, there will be a timestamp of when the guest arrived.

2.  Credit Card Required.  If a credit card has been entered, it will appear here (last 4 digits visible only).  To edit the credit card click the edit icon (pencil).


To require a credit card to participate, open your Flight, choose Financials > Setup.


Requiring a credit card will allow you to check everyone out after your campaign or event with one button.  You will still be in control.  You will not have to remind people to complete their purchase.



3.  Special Exception.  When a credit card is required to participate but you would like to make an exception for a user, check the box "No credit card required" and then Check-In.  This will allow the user to participate without a credit card.


4.  Credit Card Entry.  Enter the credit card for the user and then Check In.  The time stamp will appear as well as the credit card information in the CC Req column (#2 above).
