Change Auction ID Numbers

You may find using your own ID numbers a useful tool in staying organized.

1.  Select.  Select all items (the top checkbox) or individual items (checkbox next to the item name) that you'd like to change the ID number.  

2.  Bulk Actions.  After you've selected at last one item. (see #1 above), the Bulk Actions button will be clickable.  Use the drop-down menu to select Edit Item Numbers.

3.  Edit.  Once you select Edit Item Numbers (see #2 above), the Item ID's will become fields.  You can change the number to one that works better for you.

4.  Save.  After you've changed the numbers, use the Bulk Action button drop-down menu to click Save Item Numbers to save your changes.

OPTION 2:

You can also edit item number by clicking the item name in the catalog table and changing the ID number on items individually.
