Administrators have full access to the Organization's CausePilot account.  


To grant Permissions to staff and volunteers that will assist with managing a specific Flight, you will grant them access via Permissions.  



How to Add Users to Manage a Flight



Navigate to your Flight and then to User Permissions in the left side menu.


1.  Click Lookup User


2.  When necessary, you can remove a Flight Manager and they will no longer have access to the Flight management area.



3.   Search to find Contact in the list.


4.  Select the Contact from the list


5.  If the Contact is not in the list, Create a New Contact



Fill out the form on behalf of the new Contact.


6.  Make sure to "Send invitation to participate email" so the Contact can create their password for the new account you've created for them.


7.  Click Create New Contact to submit.


You will see the Contact in the table as a new Flight Manager.


EMAIL:  Upon granting Permission, the Contact will be sent an email letting them know that they have been added as a Flight Manager with a link to help them access the account.
