TIPS:  If you're checking people in at the door, make sure all of your team has watched this video and is well versed on how to check people in PRIOR to your event.

TIPS:  Make sure the area where you are checking people in is well lit, or add lamps/lighting to the table.  Credit cards are hard to read in the dark.

TIPS:  Be well organized and, if you've use the Self-Checkin feature, consider offering a speedy line for those people so they can get in quickly.
