The Dashboard Settings must be completed in order to utilize your CausePilot software.

Profile

The Profile provides CausePilot with some basic information about your Organization and proof of your nonprofit status for tax purposes.  You will also be required to provide a copy of your tax except certificate.  

Please keep this information up to date. 

License Plan

Under the License Plan tab you will find basic information regarding the software license you have signed up for and purchased.  This page includes a countdown to your expiration and instructions on renewing.  Contact your Crew Member for more information on your license or crew@causepilot.com.

Payment Processor

The Payment Processor tab provides a link to connect to Stripe.  Stripe is the payment processor for your CausePilot account.  

You must Connect to Stripe in order to collect payments.

• Create a New Stripe account

                or

• Connect to an existing Stripe account

Click "Connect with Stripe" and follow the instructions.

Option:  Require Address Check will add an extra step to the checkout process.  The Contact will be asked to enter their mailing address as they enter their credit card information.  This is an optional security measure.
