Raffle Tickets

As tickets are purchased, they are added to the Raffle > Tickets tab.  This table lists all raffle tickets purchased, individually.  

Create.  Click "Create: $" button to create a transaction and mark a raffle ticket paid by cash, check, or credit card.

MANUAL DRAWING.  When you want to host a manual drawing, you can download this table and use the data to create printed tickets for a manual drawing.

New Ticket.  Click New Ticket to create a new raffle ticket order for a user.

1.  Lookup User.  Click Lookup User and select or create a new user/contact.  Search Lookup User in Help Center for further instructions.

2.  Raffle.  Choose the raffle from the available options created.

3.  Quantity.  Enter or use the the arrows on the right to choose the number of tickets this order will purchase.

4.  Purchase Expiration Date.  Choose an expiration date to delete the tickets if the user has not paid for their tickets.

5.  Save.  Save to submit a new raffle ticket order.
