All items that will eventually be sold at a live auction must first be set up so that they are part of an On-Site Auction.   Only On-site auction items can be moved to bid sheet or live.

1.  SET YOUR VENUE
Make sure that the box is checked that you have an On-Site Auction and set a begin and end day and time.

2.  SET VENUE AND SALE TYPE FOR EACH ITEM
In the item detail for each item that will start out bidding online and move to bid sheet or live, choose:
Venue:  Onsite

Sale Type:  Online/Mobile

This allows bidding to begin online.

SET TIMING FOR EACH ITEM
Also on the item detail page, make sure you have set the timing correctly on these items.  When online bidding can begin and when the actual live auction will end.  Note:  Once you move to a bid sheet/live auction, final winners will be entered manually.

3.  CONVERT ONLINE/MOBILE TO BID SHEET/LIVE ITEMS
When you are ready to move your items from online/mobile bidding to bid sheet/live bidding, you'll make this change on the Auction > Catalog page.

Check the items that you want to change from Online/Mobile bidding to Bid Sheet/Live Bidding.
Then click Bulk Actions and choose "Change Sale Type"

A modal will open that allows you to choose Bid Sheet/Live for all of the items you've checked.
Click OK.

Refresh your page and check that your items have been converted.

At this point, no more bidding can take place online/mobile for those items.

You will enter your final live winners under Auction > Bid Sheet/Live

IMPORTANT:  If you have set the venue for items as ONLINE you will not have the Sale Type option Bid Sheet/Live.
