The Transactions tab provides a list of all paid transactions.
1. New Transactions. This button simply provides another method to create and process a payment from pending orders. Clicking this button will ask for the User and then open all of their pending orders for processing the transaction.
2. Search. Enter the name of the user to quickly find them in the list.
3. Transaction ID. Click the transaction ID number to open the paid transaction.
4. Transaction Details. View the details of the paid transaction.
5. Pick up. Clicking this button will provide a time stamp to show that the item has been picked up or some other usage you may have for it.
6. Refund Transaction. Click to refund the transaction. At the time of this writing, only full refunds may be processed through CausePilot. When a refund is made, all fees, except Stripe fees will be refunded. To process a partial refund, which will not be reflected in CausePilot, open your Stripe account and issue the Refund there.
