Can't checkout?

Won't accept my credit card?


When a user says they can't checkout, it's generally because they are not logged in.

Or, they are entering a credit card incorrectly.

Or, their credit card is not valid.


If they are logged in, make sure they are entering their credit card correctly.

(American Express Cvv number is on the back.  Others are generally on the front.)


The zip code must match the billing address for the credit card.


Next best option, just help them checkout.


  • Go to Financials > Pending tab.
  • Find them in the table
  • Click CREATE button to create the transaction
  • At the bottom of the page you can mark how they are paying:
  • Cash
  • Check
  • Manual Stripe - Means you want to enter a credit card for them
  • If they have a credit card on file, you'll see a button that says Charge Credit card ending in XXXX.  Click this button to charge the credit card on file.
