When you have users that you would like to give access to your software, specifically a Flight, but you don't want to give them full Admin access, grant them Permission within a Flight.

1.  Manager(s).  Grant permission to fully access this Flight to help you manage.

2.  Basic Access.  Grant permission to only access the Summary page, so a user can see how things are going but not have access to manage any of the details.

3.  Choose a User.  To grant permission, Lookup User, select, and they will be added to the list.

LOOKUP USER

    a.  Search.  Enter a name to search the list.

    b.  Select.  Once you see the user in the list, click Select to choose them.

    c.  Create New Contact.  If you don't see the name in the list, Create a New Contact.

CREATE CONTACT

    d.  Create Contact.  Add the basic details of the new user.  Email, First Name, and Last Name are required.

    e.  Send Invitation.  We recommend checking this box, if you'd like the user to participate in your Flight.  By creating a new Contact, you are creating their CausePilot account; however, they will not yet have a password.  The email sent will ask them to complete the process and create a password.
