Sometimes you may want to add an additional image in a description or content area.  For example the landing page, an item's description, or even a ticket description.  Here's how you can do it.

Example of adding an image to a content area.

In the content area's box, you'll see some tools in the upper area of the box.  Choose the one that looks like an image or a picture.

You have (2) options.

1). SOURCE.  If the image already exists on the internet, like on your own website, you can copy the image's "source" and it to display in your content area.

2). UPLOAD.  Or you can upload a new image.  Browse your computer to choose the image or drag and drop the image file into the drop image area.  When you click the Ok button, the image should appear in your content area.

IMPORTANT:  Always make sure to save the page to submit and save the change.

With either method of choosing your image, you can resize the image in the General tab.  You can position it left, right, or center, using the options in the header features of the content box.
