Raffles


You can create (1) Raffle with multiple prizes, or multiple raffles each with their own prize.

For example, if you are selling a ticket for $50, the user may have multiple changes to win.

Or, you might sell a ticket for $50 for big prize and another raffle ticket for $10 for a smaller prize.



1.  Create Raffle.  Click Create Raffle to add a new Raffle to your flight.



Raffle Information


a.  Name.  The name of the raffle itself, not necessarily the item name.


b.  Raffle Ticket Price.  The amount of each individual ticket.


c.  Ticket Quantity.  The total number of tickets you can sell for the raffle.


d.  Drawing Date and Time.  Enter when the drawing will take place.


e.  Location.  Enter where the drawing will take place.


f.  Description.  Describe the raffle.  Below you will describe the individual item they can win by purchasing the raffle ticket.



Raffle Items


g.  Name.  The name of the item that will be the prize of the raffle.


h.  Description.  A description of the item.


i.  Estimated Value.  The estimated value of the item.


j.  Donor.  The donor of the item.


k.  Add Item.  Click Add Item to add additional items to the raffle.  You cannot have empty item rows.



Raffle Settings


l.  Active/Inactive.  Make the raffle active in order to be viewed by users/visitors to your flight's website.


m.  Sort Order.  If you have multiple raffles, by default, they will be sorted by highest to lowest ticket price.  You can sort the order by choosing a number in the sort order field.


n.  Pickup Instructions.  Option to include pickup instructions.  This information will be added the winner's notification after they are chosen.


o.  Create & Continue.  Click Create to save and return to the Raffle's table.  Click Create & Continue to save and add an image or continue editing.  NOTE:  You must first save the raffle before adding images.


p.  Image.  Click Upload Image button to choose an image from your computer and upload to your raffle.



2.  Edit.  Click the edit icon (pencil) next to the name of the Raffle to open and edit.
