QUESTION: I entered a credit card when I started participating in the event but now I'd like to change the credit card I have on file.
ANSWER: Click the Account icon in the upper right menu (see example above). Then, choose "My Purchases" in the drop down menu. From the My Purchases page you will see one of the following:
OPTION 1. CHANGE CREDIT CARD. An image like follows that shows that you have a a Card on file. Click the Edit (pencil) icon to change your credit card information. To delete the credit card click the Delete (trash can) icon to delete the credit card all together.
TIP: If a credit card is required to participate in the fundraiser, you will not be able to place a bid or make a purchase without a credit card on file.
OPTION 2. ADD CREDIT CARD. You may see an image like follows that allows you to Add a Credit Card. This means that you do not already have a credit card on file and one is required. You can click this button and add your credit card information.
TIP: If you've participated in multiple fundraisers, you'll see each one listed separately. This is because you are asked to provide a credit card for each individual fundraiser. This keeps the control in your hands, the User.
OPTION 3. NO CREDIT CARD REQUIRED. If you do not see one of the above options, then the fundraiser is not requiring a credit card in advance of purchase. When you checkout, you'll add your credit card information to complete your purchase.

FOR FLIGHT ADMINISTRATOR: You can assist a user in adding or changing their credit card on file. Go to Contacts > Quick Check-in tab. Click the edit icon in the far-right column "CC Req" in the row of the user.
IMPORTANT: If you do not see a CC Req column in the table, it is because no credit card is required to participate in the event. To update this feature go to Financials > Setup tab.
