The Email tab displays a table of the most recent emails sent to participants.  The most recent, approximately 500 emails will be listed at any given time.  


To find an email sent to an individual contact, go to Contacts and search the user.  All email sent to the user will be listed within their Contact file.



1.  Status.  Filter by status of emails.


2.  Search.  Search for a specific recipient email address.


3.  View Email.  Click to view a copy of the email that was sent.


       Resend.  If the user says that they did not receive an email that it shown sent in this table:

                    Step 1.  Double check that their email address is correct in the system.

                    Step 2.  Ask them to check their Spam or Junk folder.

                    Step 3.  Resend the email


TIP:  If a user says they did not receive a reset password email, first check to see if they have an account in Contacts.  If not, this is why they cannot reset their password.

IMPORTANT:  Do not click on links in the email if you view it.  Some links are (1) time use only and, if you click it, it will not work again for the user.
