Bid Sheets and Display Sheets are for Onsite Events ONLY.

1.  Choose Items.  To download printable Bid Sheets or Display Sheets for items, first, choose the items.  Clicking " - " will choose ALL or click the check box " √ " box next to each individual item you'd like to download Bid Sheets or Display Sheets for.  

Once you've chosen the items, click Bulk Actions button and choose the type of printable you'd like to download.  They will be downloaded in the form a of a PDF.

Bid Sheets Feature:

• Name and Item Number.  Can be used to locate the item in the online catalog.
• QR code.  This feature will help the user access the item online using their phone's camera.
• Description.  The description as it appears in the catalog.
• Donor.  The person or company that donated the item.
• Starting Bid and Bid Increment

OPTION:  Bid Increments pre-filled on the bid sheet or not.

OPTION:  Buy it Now price

IMPORTANT:  If bidding began online and you are now switching to bid sheets, the online bids will be listed on the bid sheet to show the last highest bid received.

Display Sheets Feature:
