Fixed Priced Items

Fixed Priced Items are items that you have multiple and are selling at a fixed price.  They are not auction items; however, they can appear in your auction catalog.

1.  New Fixed Price Order.  When you need to manually enter a fixed priced order for a user, click the New Fixed Price Order button.

        a.  Item Number.  Use the drop-down menu to find the item from the available items.

TIP:  If you don't see the item you're looking for, it's either inactive or under a different sale type.

        b.  Bidder.  Either enter the user's bidder number, their email address, or click Lookup User to locate the user from the list by name.

        c.  Quantity.  Choose a quantity and the amount will automatically be calculated when the order is placed.

        d.  Add Row.  If you are entering multiple bids for a user or users, click Add Row, to add another row of fields to enter additional bids.  You can add many rows but none can be left blank.  Delete any blank rows before proceeding.

        e.  Purchase Expiration Date.  Fixed Priced items have a limited inventory so we do not allow users to hold items in their checkout cart without paying for them.  However, when you create the order for a user, you can choose if there is an expiration date/time to pay or not.

        f.  Create Orders.  When you click Create Orders, you are submitting those fixed priced item orders and saving.

2.  Fixed Price List.  In the table, you will see a list of all fixed priced items that are currently on order (pending) or paid for.

NOTE:  The Shop and Fund-a-Need Components can also be used in place of Fixed Priced items in the auction catalog.
