TIP:  Mobile auctions are easy and bidding can start online and finish at your event.  When you use Bid Sheets or a Live auctioneer, you will enter the winning bids manually.  Consider starting the bidding online and moving to bid sheets, so a lot of the bidding has already happened before your event even starts.

TIP:  Create an organized system of entering the manual winning bids.  If people are walking around writing down the winning bid number and dollar amount, have them check off on the sheet that it's been written down or entered.

TIP:  Consider giving supporters little stickers with their bidder numbers on them.  They are easier to read and no one forgets or writes down the wrong number.
