Typical Issues:


  • Can't Login = Check the Contacts area to make sure the person has a user account, that their email address is correct, or send them a login link.

  • Can't Bid =  Place a bid for them in the Auction area under the Online/Mobile tab.  Click New Bid.

  • Cancel a Bid = When someone wants to cancel a bid you can.  Go to Auction area under Online/Mobile and click the edit icon next to the item.  However, if you can, consider waiting and see if the user gets outbid.  If they don't, and win, you can always cancel then.

  • Pay by check or another credit card = Simply go to Financials under the Pending tab and click Create button to create a transaction for the person.  You can mark it paid by check or Manual Stripe to enter a credit card.


TIP:  To minimize stress during a busy event, if something can wait, let it.  Keep a list and address issues with your CausePilot Crew during business hours.
