Depending on your CausePilot software license, you have full access to all tools and features included in that license plan. 

All new Organization accounts begin with a free trial, generally as a First Class Plan license.  You can begin creating and building your first Flight.  When you purchase the software license your account will be fully activated and you can continue building the Flight.  During a free trial, only Administrator level users will have access to view the Flight.

When the trial expires, you will no longer have access to the software account.

If your trial has expired, for some period of time, you can still purchase the software license and your account will be reinstated.

To purchase your CausePilot license, follow the directions in your software.  Fro further details on pricing visit https://www.causepilot.com/pricing.  Choose the plan that best fits your Organization's needs.  Following receipt of payment, your account will be reviewed, approved, and fully activated.  You will be notified when this process is complete.  Typically, within 24-48 hours.

You can cancel at any time prior to your license expiration and you will not be charged for another license period.  If your license is not renewed prior to expiration, your account will be closed and you will no longer have access to data and reports.

My License is expired.  Can I access my data?

Yes, however there is a fee to access data when your license is expired.  Contact crew@causepilot.com for more information.

We highly recommend, prior to canceling or allowing your CausePilot license to expire, you download any data or reports you will need.
