If you accidentally checkout someone using the wrong method, let’s say for this example you made it a “Cash” transaction and it should have been using their credit card, here’s what you can do.
1) Cancel the transaction you created in Financials > Transactions.
2) In Financials > Pending, click the button “New Invoice” and create a pending invoice for the user using the information of the original (created in error) transaction. Charge the amount it should be and enter an explanation of what they are paying for. Submit.
3) Now, there is a Pending order and you can create the transaction again — using the correct method. In this example, charge the credit card they have on file or choose “Manual Stripe” to enter a new credit card and submit.
